•  Troubleshoot technical issues requiring cross-module integration

•  Transform operations to shared service centers

Deliverables:

  • Project Plan will be jointly agreed to, and outline the project scope and planned schedule. This will serve as the master project management document for the project managers.
  • Bi-Weekly Project Status Report is the report for the Project Teams that will track by phase a summary level of budget, project status, and potential risk. This document will also serve as a basis for project status meetings held internally with management to see that quality assurance checkpoints are met for approval in order to move the project to the next phase.
  • Project Workbook is the repository document for all of the configuration settings. This document may be used to help record the future configuration business settings based on the optimization review recommendations.

The System Analysis and Design phase is designed to identify the current business processes in use thus understanding the “As-Is” Process. Leveraging from a best practices knowledge base of professional service team, we will then assist your team in building the “To-Be” operations based on the recommendations from the Optimization Review.

  • Optimization Review
    Interface Design and Data Mapping Specifications (if data extract changes are being recommended and necessary)
  • Specification Sign-Off

Deliverables:

  • Project Workbook is the repository document for all of the configuration settings. This document may be used to help record the future configuration business settings based on the optimization review recommendations. If needed, the Project Workbook will be used to assist in setting up the system.
  • Data Mapping Spreadsheet will document the data mapping to the respective ERPs. This is a client deliverable to assist in describing the required data.
